Stallion Days 2010
Club members participate in campus Stallion Days, showing off their club’s display during the Market Place session. Rural Studies Club members set up their display during all of the open campus days, showing potential ABAC students some of the options they have in terms of club involvement. Members have the opportunity to promote not only the Rural Studies Club but also the Rural Studies Program.
Holiday Gathering 2010
Every year, at the conclusion of the fall semester, Rural Studies Club members meet at their advisors’ home to celebrate a job well done in the previous semester. Members bring the sides as the co-advisors cook the main dish. The 2010 menu consisted on Italian food and all the sides to go with it. These holiday gatherings allow members to meet in a very informal, festive sense and say goodbye before the winter break.
