The Agricultural Engineering Technology Program is designed to educate a
student in the repair, service, operation, and marketing of equipment used
in agricultural production, industrial applications, and turfgrass
management. This program of study is intended to provide young men and
women with the education needed for entry-level positions in both the
agricultural and industrial equipment areas. A student will also have
received sufficient courses in the general education area to allow for
rising to middle management level positions. Typical employment
opportunities include parts manager, service manager, or service
representative. Upon completion of the program of study, the student is
eligible for the Associate of Applied Science degree in Agricultural
Engineering Technology.
A grade of less than C indicates a level of
knowledge that is unacceptable in a professional field. A student is
required to earn a C or better in all AENG/AENT courses.
