A beginning freshman whose placement tests and SAT or ACT scores reveal
weaknesses in basic academic skills will be accepted into the Program of
Learning Support. On the basis of placement testing, he/she may be placed
in learning support courses, in regular college-level courses, or in a
combination of the two. Credit earned in learning support courses is not
transferable.
