ABAC Campus Alert System

Students

You will need to know your ABAC ID 918 number and Banner PIN, then make the following selections:

1. Visit http://www.abac.edu/

2. Click Log In [link]

3. Click Banner [link]

4. Click Enter Secure Area [link]

5. Enter your 918 User ID and PIN

6. Click Personal Information [link]

7. Click Update Address(es) and Phone(s) Campus Alert Updates [link]

8. Under the Mailing heading, click Current [link]

9. Scroll down to the bottom of the information. Under the Phone Type heading, click the dropdown menu to select the following options to update.
    * Campus Alert Phone 1
    * Campus Alert Phone 2
    * Campus Alert Text Message
   Enter desired information for each item above.

10. Click Submit [button]

Faculty and Staff

You will need to have registered for ADP and know your ADP username and password, then make the following selections:

1. Log into ADP

2. Personal Information

3. Phone Numbers

4. To edit your existing phone numbers,

5. Click on the desired Type and change desired information.

6. Click Save

7. To add a phone type,

8. Click on Add New

9. Select desired phone type from the dropdown menu

10. Enter desired information

11. Click Save

This would also be a great time to make sure that your address information is also up-to-date!
