Accounting Services
- Establishes grant accounts, budgets and budget revisions for the College
- Monitors expenditures to assure compliance with federal, state, private and College policies and procedures
- Processes requests for payment and reimbursement within sponsor guidelines
- Prepares monthly budget updates for review by the Project Director and Office of Sponsored Programs
- Assists in preparation of financial data and qualitative information for required performance and budget reports and project proposals
