Installing Banner INB JInitiator

  1. Open Banner INB
  2. Click on the Yellow Bar then Click on “Install ActiveX Control”. (If on a Vista PC it may go straight to number 3.)
  3. Click “Install” when the Internet Security Warning Box pops up.
  4. Click “Next” when the Oracle JInitiator Setup Box pops up.
  5. Click on “OK”.
  6. Close down your Internet Explorer completely.
  (If on a Vista PC complete step 2 on http://www.abac.edu/banner/VistaIEFix before reopening Banner INB.)
  7. Reopen Banner INB.
  8. Select the “Grant Always” option (If Necessary).
  9. Login into Banner INB.
