12. Select Term [pull-down]

13. Submit Term [button]

14. Loads List of Advisees

15. Email Your Advisees [link] at the bottom of the listing to send an e-mail to all your advisees OR

16. Email envelope [icon] to the right of each row allows you to send an e-mail to an individual advisee.

17. Both methods open your default e-mail package (Eudora or Outlook). If you are using a browser-based e-mail account such as Hotmail, Yahoo, etc., you can copy/paste the e-mail address(es) into the browser message composer.

18. Select all (Ctrl+A) e-mail addresses in message body

19. Cut (Ctrl+X) to cut selected e-mail addresses from message body

20. Paste (Ctrl+V) to paste selected/cut e-mail addresses into the BCC box

21. Provide a subject and message to send to students
