New students can pick up their mailbox number and combination during the first week of class at the Mail Center window located on the bottom floor of the J. Lamar Branch Student Center. Students will keep their box throughout their time as an ABAC Student. Mailboxes are only available for students living on campus.

Dinner: 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Financial Aid will be available in the bookstore from July 31-August 28.
Book buy back will be July 23-29 in the ABAC Bookstore
First-time entering freshmen will move in on Saturday, August 8th. For students who are attending the August 7th Advising and Registration day, they may move in on Friday, August 7th after he/she has completed advising and registration All students must have completed an Advising and Registration day before moving into his/her housing assignment. All students must be registered for classes and have paid their accounts in full or have sufficient awarded financial aid prior to moving into housing. The Office of Financial Aid and Cashier Window will be open on Saturday, August 8th until 12:00pm. (Students only need to pay accounts in full; proof of payment will be provided by ABAC Residence Life & Housing.) Returning students may begin moving in on Sunday, August 9th and continue through the August 12th, the first day of classes. All offices other than Residence Life & Housing will be closed on the weekend and students needing to speak with any other office should plan to move in on Monday or Tuesday, August 10 and 11.
Suggested Move-In Times:
On Saturday, August 8th for Freshmen:
Students traveling within 50 miles will move in from 8:00 am to 10:00 am
Students traveling 51 to 100 miles will move in from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Students traveling from 101 to 250 miles will move in from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
Students traveling 250+ miles will move in from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Sunday, August 9th : 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Monday, August 10th : 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Tuesday, August 11th: 8:00 pm to 7:00 pm

If you need your transcript held until processing of final grades or until graduation has been completed, please mark the option in the transcript request process.
The basic charge for a printed-mailed copy or an electronic-sent copy is $5. You may pay by credit card or debit card online.
Please check Banner Web for any holds on your account. If you have no holds, your transcript will be mailed/sent processed immediately with electronic transcripts sent same day and mailed transcripts within three business days.
Note: If you need an unofficial transcript, you may log into Banner Web and print an unofficial copy from your academic records.
Fishing: Restricted to ABAC students only (with permit). A valid Georgia Fishing License is also required. Students can secure this required permit at the Forest Resources Department in the Yow Building.
When: Daylight to dark
Bait: Only artificial lures, worms and crickets allowed. Bait fish are not permitted.
Creel Limits and Minimum Sizes: Bream, Catfish, and Crappie, any size, 25; Bass over 12″, 4. All other fish MUST be returned to Lake Baldwin.
Swimming and boating are not permitted except as a part of a supervised class, camp or group outing
Regulations are strictly enforced. Violators will be fined $25, their permit revoked and/or disciplinary action will be taken if necessary.
Payment deadline for Summer Semester is May 26.

The ABAC Health Center is open Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm & Fridays 8:00 am to 2:30 pm.
In order to drop a class, the student gets a drop form from the class instructor, who must sign it. Then the student should take the signed form to the Academic Support Counselors located in the bottom floor of the library.
