Performance Application | Guidelines
It is important to note that this application is a request to be considered
for performance at the Love Affair Fine Arts Festival. Returning the
application with the required materials guarantees consideration as long as
final determinations have not been made for stage space/time. THIS
APPLICATION IS IN NO WAY TO BE CONSIDERED A GUARANTEE OR CONTRACT FOR
PERFORMANCE IN THE LOVE AFFAIR FINE ARTS FESTIVAL. Those artists who are
selected will be notified separately and, if a professional artist,
contracted.

There is no deadline for submission for consideration; determinations are made by the festival’s Performing Arts Committee according to the festival’s needs until all stage schedules are filled. Stage assignments and schedules are set exclusively by the Tifton-Tift County Arts Council's administrative partner, the ABAC Arts Connection.
Requirements
All applicants must submit the following in order to be considered:
- A current performance CD or DVD (preferable) or working link to equivalent material on the web.
- Current promotional materials including description of the performers/performance, photos, etc. (either print or electronic, including web links)
- Completed application with contact information.
- Fee requirements. Love Affair presents both professional and amateur artists as best fits the themes/stages for the festival. For professional groups, all fees are treated as an initial ask, subject to negotiation. Sound is provided at each stage by a professional contractor for all performers. Ground transportation provided by festival staff is not an option. Hotel may be provided if negotiated. Backline is also a negotiable item, but is usually reserved for headlining performers. In most cases, hospitality consists of water provided in the dressing room. A merchandising table will be available at each stage; artist will provide personnel to staff the table and will provide own cash box/change.
- Technical Requirements must be submitted with the application. If this is in the form of a tech rider, applicants need to be aware this is an outdoor festival in which stages are shared by alternating performers. Not all stages are covered.
- There is no application fee.
