Information for Vendors

Please have your booth ready by 9:00 a.m. Saturday, September 24. You have the option of setting up
Friday, September 23, after 1:00 p.m. The park entrances will be blocked off Friday evening and there will be some overnight security.

Use the Tift Avenue entrance when you come to
unload, and after you set up your booth, please move your vehicle to the parking area on the 12th Street
side of the park.

Please display the sign on your vehicle that identifies you as a vendor. There will be an additional sign to post on your booth identifying you as an official vendor of La Fiesta. There will be an information booth located near the Tift Avenue entrance. Please stop there first when you come to the park. A volunteer will check you in, and assist you in finding your spot. Feel free to visit this booth during the day if you need assistance or wish to purchase official Fiesta t-shirts.
