The Resume Database is open and free to all students at ABAC.  It will focus on providing opportunities to students within the agricultural industry.  The purpose of this database is to help connect students with potential opportunities that they may otherwise not be aware of.  By posting your resume online, we will help connect you with potential:

• Job Opportunities
• Internships
• Scholarships

Here's how it works.  Your resume will be kept in the database, and used to see if you qualify for any opportunities that come through our school.  If you are determined to be a match for anything coming up, we will forward you the information.  It is then up to you to follow through with applications, or you can simply delete the email if you are uninterested.  We are here to help connect you with opportunities, the rest is up to you. 

The database is a searchable database, but does not allow just anyone to go browsing resumes as they please.  Your information will only be pulled from the database if you meet the specific search criteria.  While we will not be giving access to the database or search engine to students, it is important to remember that the database is maintained online.  Which means you may want to consider how much personal information you put out their.  If you are concerned about your information getting out, then you might consider limiting your contact information to simply your email address. 

1. First make sure your resume is up to date and in a format you want people to see.  If you don't have one, you can use our resume template to get you started.  New templates are under development and will be available in the future. 

2. Once your resume is complete, click on "Submit your Resume" and answer the questions.  The more questions you answer, the better we can match you with potential opportunities. 

3. Choose whether you are interested in Job Opportunities, Internships, Scholarships or any combination of the three. 

4. At the bottom of the page there is a place to attach your resume and an optional cover letter.  Remember if you don't attach a resume, you will not be considered for any opportunities for which you may qualify. 

5. Finally, press submit at the bottom of the page.
