Alumni Highlights Fishing PermitsFishing Regulations at Lake Baldwin Who can fish? Restricted to ABAC students, faculty, staff, and special permittees. Guest may fish when accompanied by an authorized permit holder; a maxium of one guest will be allowed at any one time. Children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible permit holder. Only one fishing permit will be issued to those eligible to fish. When can one fish? Daylight until dark. What bait to use? All artificials, worms, crickets, etc., but no shiners or other fish. What are the creel limits? Bream any size, 25; bass over 12", 4. (All other bass must be returned to the lake regardless of where hooked or condition of fish). What if regulations are not followed? Your permit will be voided and/or disciplinary action taken. Regulations will be strictly enforced.
