The agriculture college transfer program is designed for students who wish to attend Abraham Baldwin for two years, then transfer to a senior-level institution and complete the requirements for the B.S. degree in an agricultural major.
The B.S. degree in Agriculture can be the key to an exciting and rewarding career. Less than two percent of the agricultural work force is directly involved in farming operations. The Ag Transfer Program at Abraham Baldwin consists primarily of taking core courses in the Humanities, Science/Math, and Social Sciences. Upon graduation from Abraham Baldwin in this area, students will enter the junior year at the college or university of their choice, with no loss of credit.A listing of the courses required for this major can be found in the ABAC catalog.
