Stafford Hall Residents help with the Tiftarea YMCA Mud Run
On September 6, 2014 eight volunteers from ABAC’s Stafford Hall drove to 182 Connell Ray Rd. Tifton, GA 31794 to aid with the YMCA’s Tiftarea Fun Mudder. Upon arrival they were offered doughnuts for breakfast. Then they were broken into two groups of four and sent to their assigned stations. The volunteers, while at their stations, watched and ensured that the runners did not injure themselves or get lost the course. After the race was over, the volunteers were given the opportunity to run the course. At the end of the day the Volunteers from Stafford Hall, while exhausted, had a great time filled with fun and mud!
