Current areas of teaching include Human Anatomy and Physiology, Biological Research Methods and Senior Seminar.  Areas of interest include the assessment of the various components of science learning styles; the application of motivational techniques to enhance learning; and teaching anatomy students about the learning process and how to develop and implement successful study strategies.

Senior Seminar (BIOL 4900)

Must be taken during the spring semester of the senior year. This seminar class provides an opportunity to integrate knowledge from different subdisciplines of Biology in the analysis of an important biological issue from current events. In addition, students will gain experience in conducting library and online research in the use of modern presentation techniques.
