Associate of Applied Science in Forest TechnologyThe objective of this major is to educate students in the basic concepts and practical techniques of forestry. Graduates are trained to function in a supporting capacity to professional foresters in private, state, and federal organizations. To receive the Associate of Applied Science degree in Forestry, a student must complete the following courses. A minimum grade of “C” is required for successful completion of ENGL 1101, MATH 1001 and all courses with an FRSC prefix. ENGL 1101, MATH 1001, FRSC 1190 and AENT 1113 should be completed prior to taking the second year courses. |
