DJ Request

ABAC clubs and organizations that would like WPLH to DJ
an event need to:

 1. submit a request form through campus mail AND send an email to

       wplh@stallions.abac.edu

        and

       kperry@abac.edu

 2. download the direct payment voucher

        Print this form and fill out
        attach a memo explaining:
                       Name of the Club
                       Name of the DJ
                       Nature of the event and date
                       Amount DJ should be paid
         Send to Keith Perry - King Hall

 *Note*
  
   - Requests for DJs should be made at least one week ahead of time.
   - DJs are paid at least $15 per hour.
   - There is a 1 hour setup/breakdown time added to each event.
             (i.e. - if your event lasts for 3 hours - the DJ will be paid for 4 hours)
   - Requests are honored on a first come, first serve basis. We have limited
     equipment and personnel.
   - Inclement weather or the threat of inclement weather prohibits us from
     having our equipment outside.
