4. Class Rosters can be uploaded by Amy P. Willis.

Course Creation

1. Course and Student Administration [link]
2. New [button]
3. Enter your Course ID (other items are optional)
4. Save [button]
5. Course is ready to Add Student [button] or Import Students [button]

Import Students

1. Course and Student Administration [link]
2. Select Course ID [pull-down]
3. Edit [button]
4. Import Students [button]
5. Custom File Import [link]
6. Last Name, First Name, and Student ID [selected]
7. Comma Delimited Only [selected]
8. Browse [button] Path and Filename of Students
9. Select file
10. Open [button]
11. Import File [button]

Add Student

1. Course and Student Administration [link]
2. Select Course ID [pull-down]
3. Edit [button]
4. Add Student [button]
5. Enter Student ID (SSN), Last Name, and First Name (other items are optional)
6. Add Student [button]

Remove Student

1. Course and Student Administration [link]
2. Select Course ID [pull-down]
3. Edit [button]
4. Remove Student [link] beside the student you wish to remove
5. OK [button]

Quiz Creation

1. Quiz Administration [link]
2. New [button]
3. Select your Course ID [pull-down
4. Enter your Quiz ID (keep it simple – students must key this info to take the quiz)
5. Enter Possible Points and Number of Versions (other items are optional)
6. Save [button]
7. Quiz is ready to add New Question [button]

New Question

1. Quiz Administration [link]
2. Select Quiz ID [pull-down]
3. Edit [button]
4. Choose [pull-down] a Question Type
   1. Multiple Choice
   2. True/False
   3. Fill in the Blank
   4. Short Answer
   5. Essay
5. New Question [button]
6. Multiple Choice:
   1. Enter the Version Number (if not 1)
   2. Enter the Question Type (if not the default)
   3. Enter the Points (if not the default)
   4. Enter the Question
   5. Enter AND or OR

                                                               i.      AND – multiple answers are required

                                                             ii.      OR – multiple answers are acceptable

6. Enter the Answer(s)
6. True/False
   1. Enter the Version Number (if not 1)
   2. Enter the Question Type (if not the default)
   3. Enter the Points (if not the default)
   4. Enter the Question
   5. Enter the Answer for True/False
7. Fill in the Blank (correct order of responses is required)
   1. Enter the Version Number (if not 1)
   2. Enter the Question Type (if not the default)
   3. Enter the Points (if not the default)
   4. Enter the Question
   5. Select the Grading Options

7. Enter the Answer(s) and assigned Point(s)
9. Essay (not automatically graded by Scantron Classroom Wizard)
   1. Enter the Version Number (if not 1)
   2. Enter the Question Type (if not the default)
   3. Enter the Points (if not the default)
   4. Enter the Question
10. Save & Enter Another [button]
11. Return to #6 above.
12. Save & Quit Entering [button] OR Cancel [button] when finished.

Delete Question

1. Quiz Administration [link]
2. Select Quiz ID [pull-down]
3. Edit [button]
4. Delete Question [link] beside the question you wish to delete
5. OK [button]

Copy a Quiz

1. Quiz Administration [link]
2. Copy [button]
3. Select Quiz to Copy [pull-down]
4. Select To Instructor [pull-down]
5. Select To Course [pull-down]
6. Change the Quiz ID (if you like)
7. Copy Quiz [button]

View Quiz Results

1. Quiz Results [link]
2. Select Quiz ID [pull-down]
3. Select a Report [pull-down]
   1. Quiz Results
   2. Standard Item Analysis Report
   3. Test Result Report
   4. Correct Answer Distribution
4. View Report [button]
