Log On PC
 Change functionality of Logging Off/On PC and Ctrl+Alt+Del

Windows XP -- enable Ctrl+Alt+Del Log On Functionality
  1. Start [button]
  2. Settings [menu] (if in single column Start button mode)
  3. Control Panel [side menu]
  4. User Accounts [icon]
  5. Advanced [tab] -- see bottom image below
  6. Select "Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Del"
  7. OK [button]
  8. Note: Ctrl+Alt+Del no longer reboots the PC. With Windows 95 and 98, Ctrl+Alt+Del rebooted the PC.
