Send E-mail Attachment using MailShield
Note: This capability is now available via MailShield. The directions below are not needed.
Use FrontPage to compose the e-mail message or attachment
Or you can copy [Ctrl+C] from another software package and paste [Ctrl+V] to FrontPage
"Pretty" the content until you are pleased
Save the message/attachment to your mapped web drive
Open the saved file in your brower (Internet Explorer) using
the full path
(e.g.,
http://www.abac.edu/psob/etc.htm)
Select and Copy [Ctrl+C] the address
Go to MailShield to the point you can enter the message contents
Select the radio button for HTML (not Text)
Place your cursor in the message body
Type in the following

Ctrl+V (paste) the address from #6 above
Type in the following
">
Type in the words that you want the link to say (e.g., Link to PSBO)
Type in the following
</a>
The finished line should resemble
<a href="http://www.abac.edu/psbo">Link to PSBO</a>
In the message received by recipients, the finished line
will resemble and function as follows
Link to PSBO
Send the message your yourself only first to ensure the link works
