Check Space used by E-Mail

  1. Log into WebMail
  2. Folders [icon]
  3. The display below is an example of your folders and the disk space in use by each
  4. Your disk space allotment is 15 MB for your Inbox
  5. Your disk space allotment is 25 MB for all other folders combined -- add the Sizes for the other folders
  6. To save messages in your Inbox folder, you can check your mail with Outlook which will download the messages from the mail server
  7. To save messages in your other folders, you can move the messages from the other folders back to your Inbox folder and check your mail with Outlook which will download the messages from the mail server.
  8. You can delete messages without sending them to the Trash folder by using the pull-down box in the bottom right corner, select the messages to be deleted, select --DELETE-- then Move [button/icon]
