Caution: Pop-Up
Blockers/Stoppers interfere with WebCT functionality. WebCT uses pop-up
windows for tests, discussion boards, e-mail, etc. To use WebCT, some
blockers have work-arounds; others blockers must be exited/closed.

Has a button that will allow sites, such as WebCT and McAfee.
Allowing a site adds the site to a "White List" which will allow pop-ups from
the site. Any time you block a site, that site is added to the "Black List"
which stop pop-ups. Details.
