Autosignatures in
Outlook
Create Autosignatures
- Tools [menu]
- Options [pull-down menu]
- Mail Format [tab]
- Signatures [button]
- New [button]
- Enter a name for your new signature [input box]
- Next [button]
- Enter the contents of your autosignature
- Finish [button]
- Repeat steps 5-9 for each signature you wish to create.
- OK [button] when finished.
Apply Autosignatures
- Tools [menu]
- Options [pull-down menu]
- Mail Format [tab]
- Signatures [button]
- Select "Signature for new messages" [pull-down box]
- Select "Signature for replies and forwards" [pull-down box]
- OK [button]
