Autosignatures in Outlook


Create Autosignatures

  1. Tools [menu]
  2. Options [pull-down menu]
  3. Mail Format [tab]
  4. Signatures [button]
  5. New [button]
  6. Enter a name for your new signature [input box]
  7. Next [button]
  8. Enter the contents of your autosignature
  9. Finish [button]
  10. Repeat steps 5-9 for each signature you wish to create.
  11. OK [button] when finished.

Apply Autosignatures

  1. Tools [menu]
  2. Options [pull-down menu]
  3. Mail Format [tab]
  4. Signatures [button]
  5. Select "Signature for new messages" [pull-down box]
  6. Select "Signature for replies and forwards" [pull-down box]
  7. OK [button]
