Import non-ABAC Calendar

 

Import Calendar (PST format) into Outlook Calendar

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Open Calendar
  3. File [menu]
  4. Import and Export… [pull-down menu]
  5. Import from another program or file [4th option]
  6. Next [button]
  7. Personal Folder File(*.pst) [scroll down near end]
  8. Next [button]
  9. Browse [button] for File to Import:
    1. Locate the calendar file downloaded
    2. Select the Calendar PST file
    3. OK [button]
  10. Replace duplicates with items imported [1st option]
  11. Next [button]
  12. Note: Accept defaults
  13. Finish [button]

 

View Calendar by Category vs. Day/Week/Month

  1. View [menu]
  2. Toolbars [pull-down menu]
  3. Advanced [option]
  4. In the white rectangle, By Category [pull-down menu] OR
  5. In the white rectangle, Day/Week/Month [pull-down menu]
