Backup Outlook Files

  1. During the selection of items/files to backup

  2. Expand "My Computer" using the "+" to the left

  3. Expand "C:" using the "+" to the left
    Expand "Documents and Settings" using the "+" to the left

  4. Expand "your userid" (i.e., typically your e-mail username apwillis) using the "+" the left

  5. Expand "Local Settings" using the "+" to the left

  6. Expand "Application Data" using the "+" to the left

  7. Expand "Microsoft" using the "+" to the left

  8. Select "Outlook" [check box]
