Add Return Receipt to Outgoing Message

  1. Open New Message
  2. Add Return Receipt
  3. Type Subject and Message
  4. Send Message
  5. When the message is read and closed/deleted, the recipient will be asked to notify the sender.
  6. Note: Options for “Now,” “Later,” “Never,” and “Cancel” are available.
  7. If “Now” is selected, the sender will receive an e-mail indicating the recipient’s receipt of the message.
  8. Note: HotMail users will not receive the “Notify Sender?” request.
