"Enlite 2.0 Simulation Engine is not responding or Enlite 2.0 Simulation Engine has stopped working"
This occurs when the ActiveX control that runs the myitlab simulations was not installed correctly, or that the computer in use does not meet the site requirements (which can be found at http://www.myitlab.com/prod_sysreq.asp).
If your computer meets the requirements of the site and you have received this error message, please uninstall and reinstall the myitlab ActiveX control by following the steps below.
- Go to your Start menu
- Choose Control Panel (this may appear under Settings)
- Choose Add or Remove Programs
- Select "MyITLab ActiveX Installer" (or "Enlite 2.0" for older versions) and select Remove
- Restart your computer
- Reinstall the ActiveX control by going to http://myitlab.pearsoncmg.com/webwiz/s/Setup.exe and choosing Run
