When I am not teaching I like to read fiction, see movies and
Broadway shows, and watch
individual sports like dancing, gymnastics, and ice skating. I have five
pets; three are indoor cats, one is an indoor dog, and one is an outside dog. Their pictures are shown
below. The first two pictures are of my newest pet, Lucas. Lucas is
a Papillon, which means "butterfly" and Papillons are noted for their
distinctive "butterfly" ears. Lucas is a little over one year old in his
pictures below so his ears are beginning to exhibit the butterfly appearance.
