ABAC’s “Cooking with Polly” Chef Polly Huff

Polly Huff is a culinary arts instructor for our continuing education program. Her classes for adults, children, and couples focus on everyday gourmet recipes, ethnic foods, and easy entertaining. Specialized low-fat and diabetes programs are tailored and offered upon request.  Ms. Huff is the food columnist for The TiftonScene Magazine and her work is often featured in The Albany Herald. She has served as a judge in numerous food competitions around the state of Georgia. She lives on a small farm and dedicates her free time to outdoor activities, organic gardening, and cooking for her friends and family.
