STRESS AND THE HOLIDAYS CLASSES AT ABAC NOVEMBER 4

TIFTON—Two sessions of a Stress and the Holidays class will be offered at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College on Nov. 4 through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center (PSBOC). Pre-registration is required.

The class will be held Nov. 4 from noon – 1 p.m. in the Yow Forestry and Wildlife building, Room 112 and again from 6 – 7 p.m. in Conger Hall, Room 231. There is a fee of $9.

Participants will learn some tips to minimize stress and enjoy the holidays. Participants attending the noon session should bring a sack lunch.
