FALL TERM REGISTRATION FOR ABAC CLASSES IN MOULTRIE AUGUST 5

TIFTON —New student registration for fall term classes in Moultrie from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College will be held at 4 p.m. on Aug. 5 at ABAC on the Square in downtown Moultrie. Fall term classes begin Aug. 18 and end Dec. 8. A total of 48 classes are available at ABAC on the Square. The class schedule includes core curriculum classes in English, math, humanities, business, social science and physical education.

If students still need to apply for financial aid, tuition and fees must be paid in full and students will be reimbursed for whatever aid they qualify for at some point after the semester begins. Students can find out all the information they need to know about financial aid at the ABAC web site at www.abac.edu/fa.

Fee payment deadline is Aug. 6 by 4:30 p.m. Class schedules will be cancelled if fees are not paid by the deadline.

Students in the Moultrie area who are interested in a career in teaching can also take advantage of a brand new partnership between ABAC and Georgia Southwestern State University(GSW). Beginning with the 2008 fall semester, GSW will offer junior and senior level classes leading to a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education on the ABAC campus in Tifton. Many classes necessary for that degree will be available this fall at ABAC on the Square.
