WOODSTOCK RESIDENT AWARDED SCHOLARSHIP AT ABAC

TIFTON—Karissa J. Carpenter of Woodstock was awarded a scholarship at the recent Honors Day ceremony at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

The award, provided through the ABAC Foundation, was based on a number of criteria such as leadership ability, character, academic excellence, and financial need.

Carpenter, an agriculture transfer major, received a $1,872 Daren Brownlow Memorial Scholarship.
