IMMOKALEE RESIDENTS AWARDED SCHOLARSHIPS AT ABAC

TIFTON— Fredo Selbonne and Renold Duperard of Immokalee, Fla., were awarded scholarships at the recent Honors Day ceremony at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

The awards, provided through the ABAC Foundation, were based on a number of criteria such as leadership ability, character, academic excellence, and financial need.

Selbonne, an engineering major, and Duperard, a computer science major, each received a $1,000 Vera Conger Smith Scholarship.
