EASTMAN RESIDENT AWARDED SCHOLARSHIPS AT HONORS DAY

TIFTON—Morgan E. Evans of Eastman was awarded two scholarships at the recent Honors Day ceremony at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

The awards, provided through the ABAC Foundation, were based on a number of criteria such as leadership ability, character, academic excellence, and financial need.

Evans, a family & consumer sciences transfer major, received a L.M. Veazey Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $500 and a $1,000 Dr. Mike Bader Memorial Scholarship.
