CARLTON RESIDENT AWARDED SCHOLARSHIP AT ABAC

TIFTON—Jason H. Thrasher of Carlton was awarded a scholarship at the recent Honors Day ceremony at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

The award, provided through the ABAC Foundation, was based on a number of criteria such as leadership ability, character, academic excellence, and financial need.

Thrasher, an agriculture education major, received a $1,000 B.L. Southwell Scholarship.
