CAREER FAIR FEBRUARY 21 AT ABAC

            TIFTON--Representatives from over 50 companies will participate in a Career Fair at Abraham Baldwin College on Feb. 21. The event will take place in the Cordell Conference Room of the Carlton Center from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.  Students, alumni, and members of the community are invited to attend. There is no charge.

            A wide range of occupations will be represented at this year’s Career Fair. There will be door prizes and give-aways throughout the day. Visitors are welcome to bring their resumes to the event. There will be companies on hand after the Career Fair to conduct interviews with interested participants about employment.  

            Some of the companies participating in this year’s Career Fair include AFLAC Insurance, Avon, Cal-Maine Foods, Century 21, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Gold Kist, Heatcraft Refrigeration, Lake Blackshear Resort, Radio Shack, Turner’s Furniture, and Waffle House. Other representatives include the Georgia Forestry Commission, local and area police departments, hospitals, and landscaping businesses.
