ABAC HOSTS THREE SESSIONS OF SOFTBALL CAMP

TIFTON—Three sessions of the Softball Fundamentals Camp will take place on the campus of Abraham Baldwin College in June. Each session will be held on Fillies’ Field. Pre-registration is encouraged for each session.

Session one will take place from June 5 – 7 from 9 a.m. – noon. This session is for girls ages 6 -8 years old. The fee for this session of the camp is $45.

Session two of the camp is geared to girls ages 9 -12. This session is June 12 – 15 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. The fee is $89, and participants are asked to bring a sack lunch.

Session three of this camp is for 13 – 17 year - old girls. This session will be held June 19 – 22 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. The fee is $89, and participants are asked to bring a sack lunch.

This camp is for those who are just starting to play and those with some experience in the game of fast-pitch softball. Players will be exposed to the fundamentals of hitting, catching, base running, and pitching. Intensity of drills and activities will be based on age and skill level of the player.
