ABAC HONORS DAY APRIL 12
TIFTON- The annual Honors Day Program
will be held on April 12 at 11 a.m. in Gressette Gym

Students will be awarded scholarships from the ABAC Foundation as well as receive recognition for academic accomplishments throughout the year.
One student will be the recipient of the J.G. Woodroof Scholar Award during the proceedings. This is the top academic award presented at the college. Woodroof was president of ABAC from 1933 – 34.
Students are not the only group who will receive recognition at this event. The E. Lanier Carson Leadership Award will be presented to an administrator for his/her contributions to ABAC. The recipient will be awarded a check for $1,250 from the ABAC Foundation.
The recipient of the Roy Jackson Award for Staff Excellence will receive a check for $1,250 and $3,000 will be awarded to the receiver of the W. Bruce and Rosalyn Ray Donaldson Award for Teaching Excellence by the ABAC Foundation.
The recipient of the Advisor Award for Excellence in Advising will represent the college at this year’s National Academic Advisor Association. All award winners will also receive a plaque from the ABAC Foundation.
