ABAC SCHOLARSHIP DEADLINE MARCH 1

TIFTON - The deadline for submitting applications for scholarships at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College is March 1. Any students who are interested in scholarships for the 2006-07 academic year should apply by March 1 to the Office of Academic Affairs in Tift Hall.

Brenda Doss, administrative assistant in the Office of Academic Affairs, said, “There is only one open application period each year. Freshmen who have applications postmarked on or before March 1 will be considered. I strongly encourage applying online because the information goes straight to the database.”

Students can apply for scholarships online by going to www.abac.edu/foundation/Scholarship. Once students have filled out the form online, they will be considered for all scholarships for which they are eligible.

All scholarship recommendation letters must be received by the Office of Academic Affairs by March 1, as well.
