SCIENCE OLYMPIAD FEBRUARY 26 AT ABAC

TIFTON--Abraham Baldwin College’s Division of Science and Mathematics will host the Regional Science Olympiad on Feb. 26 beginning at 9 a.m.

ABAC Science and Mathematics Division faculty members Lori Pearman and Melanie McDaniel are co-directors of the Science Olympiad. Events will be held at various locations across the ABAC campus.

Fifteen to twenty schools participate in the event annually. Each team can include up to 15 members in the senior division (grades 9 - 12).

The top three teams will advance to the state tournament to be held later this spring.

The first, second, and third place teams will receive trophies. Medallions and ribbons will also be awarded.
