MORGAN WINS DONALDSON AWARD AT ABAC GRADUATION
TIFTON—Andrew
G. Morgan, an agriculture education major from Daisy, received the highest
honor presented to a graduating student from
While at ABAC, Morgan was a member of
several organizations, including the Student Government Association, Campus
Activity Board, and the Student Judiciary, where he served as chief justice. He
was involved in skeet shoots and tractor pulls, assisted in fund raisers for
the ABAC Fillies basketball team, built and maintained a water garden on the
campus, and helped in the Ms. ABAC pageant.
Morgan was a member of the FFA, the Georgia
Association of Educators, AET, Forestry/Wildlife, the College Democrats, and
the student cheering section known as the Rowdies.
Morgan maintained a 3.46 grade point
average on a 4.0 scale and plans to transfer to the
