               ABAC SUMMER REGISTRATION IN MOULTRIE JUNE 2

            TIFTONAbraham Baldwin College will hold summer orientation and registration for new students  in Moultrie at ABAC on the Square beginning at 4 p.m. on June 2. Summer classes begin June 7.

            Prospective students should complete an ABAC application form, available on the college’s web site, http://www.abac.edu/admissions/index.html.  Applications may also be picked up and completed at ABAC on the Square from 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday, and from 8 a.m.-3 p.m., on Fridays. 

            Financial aid is available for summer term.  College personnel are available at ABAC on the Square to assist students in applying for aid.

            A total of 24 courses will be offered this summer in Moultrie, including Freshman Composition I and II, College Algebra, Introduction to Psychology, US History II, American Government, and Fundamentals of Computer Applications.  These core curriculum classes transfer to any other college or university in the University System of Georgia and to most private colleges. 

            Courses are offered during daytime and evening hours, and some online courses are also available.  Students home for the summer from other colleges and universities can pick up a class this summer to help prepare for the fall term.
