BASKETBALL CAMPS FOR KIDS TO BE OFFERED AT ABAC

TIFTON—Two basketball camps will take place on the campus of Abraham Baldwin College beginning June 7.

The ABAC Coed Basketball Camp is designed to enhance basic skills and fundamentals of the game. The camp is scheduled from June 7 – 11 in Gressette Gym from 9 a.m. – noon. There is a fee of $69 (includes camp souvenir). Fillies’ Coach Julie Conner said the camp is aimed at girls ages 6 – 12 and boys ages 6 – 11.

The second hoops camp offered this summer is the Golden Stallions’ Basketball Camp. Stallions’ Coach Todd Sheppard said this camp will be held from June 14 – 18 from 12:30 – 5:30 p.m. in Gressette Gym. This camp is designed for boys 12 – 18 years of age. There is a registration fee of $110.

This camp is to enhance basic skills and fundamentals. Participants will play both team and individual competition games.
