TWO TRACTORS DONATED TO ABAC

TIFTON—The Kubota Tractor Corporation has donated two tractors to the campus of Abraham Baldwin College.

These tractors, worth $44,000, will be used for teaching in the labs and for classroom instruction for the Agricultural Equipment Technology department. Jimmy Grubbs, Mechanical Technician for the Division of Agriculture and Forest Resources, said, “These tractors will help to keep us up-to-date and be great visual aids in the labs.”

This is not the first time Kubota has donated tractors to the college. ABAC and Kubota have had a long-standing relationship for the past 25 years.  Kubota has donated a total of four tractors to the campus.
