ABAC BEAUTY REVUE APPLICATION DEADLINE OCTOBER 25

Applications for the 35^th annual Beauty Revue at Abraham Baldwin College are now available in the Public Relations Office on the second floor of Tift Hall. Contestants must return their sponsor’s agreements, entry fees, and information sheets by noon on Oct. 25.

The competition, which is sponsored by the ABAC Ambassadors, will be held Nov. 12 at 7:30 p.m. in the Donaldson Dining Hall.

To compete in the event, contestants must be enrolled as full-time students, be sponsored by a campus club or organization, be willing to participate in all rehearsals, be willing to participate in the timed “written component” of the pageant, and be willing to represent ABAC, if chosen as Ms. Abraham Baldwin 2003 or a member of her court, at various times of the year.

The first meeting of the contestants is scheduled for Oct. 28 at 4 p.m. in the Cordell Conference Room of the Carlton Center. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory. Contestants will meet with the director of the pageant and have their photographs—a group shot and individual shots--taken. There will be no retakes.
