Participants include 137 students, grades six to twelve, from seven counties in Southwest Georgia. Student projects will be entered into one of 13 different classifications, such as Behavior & Social Sciences, Engineering, Botany, Computer Science, and Environmental Sciences.
An Awards Ceremony will be held at 3:30 p.m. in the Cordell Conference Room of the Carlton Center. Twenty students may qualify to attend the Georgia Engineering and Science Fair (GSEF) to be held at the University of Georgia in Athens on April 5 - 7. A one-year scholarship to ABAC will be awarded to the overall senior division winner by the ABAC Foundation. Trophies, ribbons, and several special awards will also be given.
