SELF DEFENSE CLASS BEGINS OCTOBER 12 AT ABAC

TIFTON—A Self Defense class will begin Oct. 12 at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center (PSBOC). Pre-registration is required.

The class will be held Oct. 12 and 19 from 5:45 – 6:45 p.m. in the Nickelodeon of the J. Lamar Branch Student Center. There is a fee of $19.

Participants will learn self defense techniques including basic confrontational principles and develop a dependency on self. Wear loose-fitting clothing.
