YOGA FOR KIDS CLASS BEGINS OCTOBER 22 AT ABAC

TIFTON—A Yoga for Kids class will begin Oct. 22 at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center (PSBOC). Pre-registration is required.

The class will be held Thursdays, Oct. 22 – Nov. 19 from 5:30 – 6:15 p.m. in the Nickelodeon of the J. Lamar Branch Student Center. There is a fee of $29. This class is for children ages eight years old and up.

In this class, kids will develop respect, coordination, and self-confidence while learning all of the yoga poses.
