INTRO TO YOGA BEGINS OCTOBER 22 AT ABAC
TIFTON—An Introduction to Yoga class will begin Oct. 22 at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center (PSBOC). Pre-registration is required.
The class will be held Thursdays, Oct. 22 – Nov. 19 from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. in the Nickelodeon. There is a fee of $39.

Participants will learn yoga poses, breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques. Participants need to bring a yoga mat (available at the ABAC Bookstore) and wear non-restrictive clothing.
