DRIVER’S EDUCATION CLASS BEGINS JULY 6 AT ABAC

TIFTON—Two different sessions of a Driver’s Education course will be offered starting July 6 through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center on the campus of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. Pre-registration is required.

This first session will take place Monday - Friday from July 6 - 10 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. The second session will be held from July 20 – 24 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.  Both sessions will take place in the Ag Sciences building, Room 137.  There is a fee of $249.

This 36-hour class meets the requirements of Joshua’s Law. Participants may be eligible for reduced insurance rates. A parent or guardian is required to be at the first class. Driving times are scheduled by the instructor. The car will be provided, and participants must have a valid learner’s license to attend this course.
